I was feeling particularly exhausted today, so I visited this massage parlor, where I was welcomed by a therapist . I enjoyed a one-hour deep-tissue massage that left my body feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I am truly delighted; I have never encountered such an excellent massage therapist before. I highly recommend this massage parlor. and I will definitely be back again.
I am giving two stars because though my experience other than the massage was bad, the massage itself was quite good. First of all, she does not speak English hardly at all, and you can't really schedule appointments in advance. It was difficult to understand what was happening with her both on the phone and in person. I called on Saturday to book a massage for Monday morning. She said it was too far in advance and to call on Monday. So early Monday morning I called and asked for an 11 am massage, and she said no but she could do maybe 2 pm. I asked about the maybe and if I should come at 2. She said yes. I called right before 2, and she said to come but she could only do half an hour. I said I really wanted an hour, and wasn't sure if half hour was worth it (and it costs more per time spent) and she said okay okay just come. So I came, she took one look at my walker, and said no, I don't do people like you (I was already inside, there were no stairs). And I said why not? And she just said no, no, no. And tried to usher me back outside. And I said that's ablist and discrimination and she finaly said she would do it, but only for half an hour (which I had to pay cash, in advance). After the massage, she repeatedly demanded a tip, with her hand in my face, saying "tip, tip, ten dollars" over and over. I told her I didn't want to tip because of how she treated me about the walker, but she kept asking, and so I added I didn't want to tip because the massage was so short (which made it cost $10 more than if the price was half the one hour price). As soon as she realized I wasn't going to tip she ushered me out the door so quickly I could barely put my jacket on.
Ousa was very attentive to my needs and sore spots. Felt much much better after leaving there for a late little lady. She sure has strong hands and arms. Would definitely recommend.
This place is amazing. Attention to detail. Very friendly, great.sevice string hands, excellent back walk. Top not professional and knowledgeable. Yusa was my masseuse and she is fantastic. Highly recommend!
A very good massage! The masseuse I saw was Cici. She is very professional. She gives a very strong, thorough massage in which she varies from soft to hard using her elbows, knuckles, and hands before doing some back walking. It was incredible! I left there feeling loosened up and relaxed. Highly recommended!
